  • Q1: How many rooms are in this bungalow ?
  • Ans: We have a total of 7 self-contained rooms and 1 common hall in this bungalow.

 

  • Q2: What are the charges and meal plan options available ?

  • Q3: Do you have a separate kitchen for veg and non-veg?
  • Ans: We have a single kitchen where both veg and non-veg dishes are prepared.

 

  • Q4: Can we get food for an infant/child?
  • Ans: Yes, we can arrange meals for infants and children. Just let us know your needs in advance.

 

  • Q5: What are the swimming pool timings?
  • Ans: You can enjoy the pool from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

 

  • Q6: What about the power backup facility?
  • Ans: We have dual power-backup systems—solar and generator. Please note that during a power failure or load-shedding, the A/C will not work; backup power is available for lights and fans only. If the outage lasts more than 8 hours for any reason, your booking will be charged at the non-AC tariff.

 

  • Q7: How far is Alibaug city from this bungalow?
  • Ans: Alibaug city is about 11 km away, and it typically takes around 20 minutes to drive there.

 

  • Q8: Is there a marketplace nearby?
  • Ans: Yes—there’s a market just a 3-minute walk away where you can pick up everyday essentials.

 

  • Q9: Which is the nearest beach?
  • Ans: The nearest beach is Aawas Beach, just a short 7–8 minute ride away.

 

  • Q10: Where can we go for water sports?
  • Ans: Water-sports are available at Mandwa Beach and Kihim Beach (both about 6 km away). A few basic beach-sports options are also offered at Aawas Beach.

 

  • Q11: How can we travel locally if we don’t have a vehicle?
  • Ans: You can easily hire a 3-seater rickshaw or an 8-seater van for local travel. There are also 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers available for rent in Alibaug.

 

  • Q12: How do I confirm my booking?
  • Ans: You can confirm your booking by paying the full amount in advance. The payment can be transferred to our bank account—details are available on the Tariff page. Once we receive the payment, we’ll email you a confirmation voucher. You can also pay via UPI, GPay, or PhonePe.

 

  • Q13: Can we play music?
  • Ans: Yes! We understand you love music. If you’ve booked the entire property, you may play music until 10:00 PM, in accordance with local police guidelines.

 

  • Q14: Can we drink and smoke?
  • Ans: Yes, you are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages and smoke on the property. However, hookah (hukka) is not allowed. Please drink responsibly and smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Be mindful of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and disposing of cigarette butts properly.

 

  • Q15: What if I wish to cancel my booking?
  • Ans: You can definitely cancel your booking. We have a clear cancellation policy:

If you cancel more than 7 clear days before your arrival date, we’ll refund your amount after deducting a nominal fee of ₹500.
